This Privacy Policy explains how Note Market ("we", "our", or "the App") accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Note Market mobile application.

A. Google Account Information

If you choose to sign in with Google, Note Market may receive information made available through Google Sign-In, such as:

Google Sign-In is optional. You may use the application without signing in where guest or local functionality is available.

We do not collect or store your Google account password.

2. Google Drive and Cloud Synchronization

Note Market provides an optional synchronization feature using the Google Drive API.

When you sign in with Google and use synchronization, the application may store and retrieve your Note Market data from your Google account's application-specific Google Drive storage (appDataFolder).

  • Notes created in Note Market
  • Note titles and content
  • Text formatting information
  • Shopping/market lists

Your Note Market application data is stored in the application-specific area of your Google Drive and is not intended to be publicly accessible.

Used to authenticate users who choose to sign in with a Google account.

Used to synchronize and restore Note Market application data when the user enables Google synchronization.

Google AdMob

Google Forms

If you voluntarily submit feedback or suggestions through our Feedback & Suggestion form, the information you provide is processed through Google Forms.

6. Data Sharing

Google Account information and Google Drive application data accessed through Note Market are not shared with advertising providers for personalized advertising or ad targeting by Note Market.

7. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by Note Market.

Google authentication is handled through Google's authentication services, and Note Market does not receive or store your Google account password.

Where Note Market synchronizes application data through Google Drive, the data is stored using Google's infrastructure and the permissions granted to the application.

However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Data Retention

Note Market stores your notes, shopping/market lists, reminders, and related application data locally on your device.

If Google synchronization is enabled, a backup of applicable Note Market application data may also be stored in the application's Google Drive appDataFolder.

You can delete your Note Market data using the in-app Delete Account & Data feature. When the deletion process is successfully completed, the applicable Note Market cloud backup and the current user's local Note Market data are deleted.

Information submitted voluntarily through our feedback form may be retained by Google Forms according to Google's applicable policies.

9. Account and Data Deletion

Note Market provides an in-app option to delete your Note Market account-related information and associated application data.

If you are signed in with Google, you can access Delete Account & Data from the Account/Profile section of the application.

When you use this option, Note Market will:

  • Delete the Note Market backup stored in the application's Google Drive appDataFolder, where available.
  • Delete the current user's locally stored Note Market data, including notes, shopping/market lists, and reminders.
  • Remove the locally stored account-related information associated with the Note Market account.
  • Sign you out of Note Market.

Deleting your Note Market account and data does not delete your Google Account, Gmail account, Google Drive account, or other Google services.

Guest-mode data and data belonging to other Note Market users on the same device are not deleted by deleting another user's Note Market data.

10. Children's Privacy

Note Market is a general-purpose productivity and note/list application and is not specifically designed for children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for purposes prohibited by applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the application in a manner that violates applicable requirements, please contact us using the contact method provided below.

11. User Control

You control whether you use Google Sign-In and synchronization features.

You can choose not to sign in with Google and may use available local functionality without cloud synchronization.

You can also control advertising and certain Google account/privacy settings through your Android device and Google account settings.
