Welcome to Note Market.

Note Market may provide optional sign-in using Google Sign-In.
If you choose to sign in with Google:
- You authorize Note Market to use the information made available through the Google Sign-In process for authentication and related App functionality.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
- Note Market does not collect or store your Google account password.
- Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
Google Sign-In may be optional where guest or local functionality is available.
4. Google Drive Synchronization
Note Market may provide an optional Google Drive synchronization and restore feature.
When you enable this feature, Note Market may store and retrieve your
Note Market application data using the application-specific storage area
of your Google Drive (appDataFolder).
This may include:
- Notes and note content.
- Note titles and formatting information.
- Shopping or market lists.
- Items and quantities.
- Invoice-related information.
- Credit account-related application data.
- Other information necessary to synchronize and restore your Note Market data.
Google Drive synchronization is an optional feature.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have access to the Google account used for synchronization.
Note Market is not responsible for interruptions, limitations, changes, or failures of Google Drive or other Google services.
Your use of Google Drive is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
5. User Content and Data
You retain responsibility for the information and content that you create, enter, store, or manage through Note Market.
This may include:

- Shopping lists.
- Invoice information.
- Customer information.
- Credit account information.
- Reminders.

14. Data Deletion
Note Market may provide an in-app "Delete Account & Data" feature.

- Available Note Market data stored in the application's Google Drive storage.
- Other applicable application data associated with the user.
Deleting Note Market data does not delete your Google Account, Gmail account, Google Drive account, or other Google services.

15. Backup and Data Loss
Google Drive synchronization is intended to provide synchronization and restoration functionality, but it should not be considered a guaranteed or permanent backup service.
You are responsible for maintaining any additional backup that you consider necessary for important information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anant Visuals is not responsible for loss of data caused by:
- Device failure.
- Accidental deletion.
- Operating system issues.
- Application uninstallation.
- Storage problems.
- Google Drive or Google service interruptions.
- Account access problems.
- User actions.
- Network failures.
- Software bugs or unexpected technical issues.
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Note Market:
- For any unlawful purpose.
- To violate applicable laws or regulations.
- To infringe another person's rights.
- To store or distribute unlawful content.
- To attempt unauthorized access to the App or its supporting services.
- To interfere with the normal operation or security of the App.
- To reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the App or its services except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
- To use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
17. Intellectual Property
Note Market, including its software, user interface, branding, logos, graphics, design elements, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Anant Visuals unless otherwise stated.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.
You may use the App for its intended personal or business productivity purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative versions of the App or its proprietary components except where expressly permitted by law or by Anant Visuals.
18. User-Generated Content
You retain responsibility for content and information that you create or enter into Note Market.
Anant Visuals does not claim ownership of your personal notes, lists, invoice information, customer records, or other user-created application data merely because you use the App to store or manage that information.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of such content complies with applicable law and does not violate the rights of other people.
19. App Updates and Changes
We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, security updates, or new features from time to time.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue particular features when reasonably necessary.
Some updates may be required for continued use of the App or particular functionality.
20. Availability of the Service
We aim to keep Note Market functional and available, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

22. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.

By installing, accessing, or using Note Market, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them.
